Leave it alone for a couple of weeks so it can heal completely. I don't thing you need a Dr. Maybe some salt-peter and frequent cold showers!

sigh....painful memories i had this happen to me and it sucks its painful when the initial tear occurs i ended up goin to the hospital because i thought it was worse then it really was the doctors gave me some antibiotic cream and a gel which helped heal it faster the only bad thing about it is that you have to go about a month if not more without sex. but its worth it so yo udont tear it again because itll be worse the second time around believe me i learned the hard way hahaha. when you try to have sex again you need to use lube and a condom because its still very sensitive and when the fore skin pulls back it will pull on the tear and you will feel discomfort painful flashbacks will come into your head it'll be ok
