Q: Lack of Calcium

I'm a sixteen yr old girl. Everyone tells me that I should drink milk, for my bones to be strong, the problem is I hate the taste of milk, it makes me gag. The same goes for flavored milk. I eat dairy products (except american cheese) but its not enough. I have arthritis problems and my dad says it s because of my lack of calcium. Is there any way that I can get the same amount of calcium without actually drinking the milk?

When supplementing with calcium be sure to use a product fortified with vit d to help absorption.
