Q: Help, Arm Rash (picture)

I was wondering if anybody might know what this is:

i've developed these tiny little bumps on my arms within the last 2 days. It's not really red, but they're definately itchy. It's highly concentrated in the area in the picture there, but it's slowly moving up to my biceps now.

I recently started working at an amusement park, so i'm wondering if I maybe picked up something from handling children. A few family members suggested that it might be heat rash. Any ideas on what this is, or maybe just a general-purpose solution for common skin conditions?

I'd say it definately looks like a heat rash, or swimmers itch. I've had both and they are extremely itchy. Make sure you keep the area clean and dry and it should clear up within the next week. I usually get heat rash under my arms or the back of my legs, places I sweat a lot. It could also be eczema (sp)? But if you've never had it before then its doubtful.

Heat Rash
If it is in fact "heat rash" then try dusting the area with corn flour (from the supermarket or your pantry)
i live in the tropics and it works for me - immediate relief
