It was probably just because you were nervous and stressed yourself out over the situation. You said you're a virgin so you were probably worried about doing it right and being good and just over thought it to the point that was all you could think about it and took the fun out of the whole experience. Just relax next time and don't over think the situation. I've known other guys that this has happened to before who weren't virgins so its completely normal. Just go with it, take it slow and enjoy the experience. Oh and next time you hook up with someone try not to think about what happened this time because that will just make you anxious all over again and you may end up with the same result.

Its just nerves, antisipation (dont laugh I cant spell) and even if your not thinking directly about it subconsiously your hopeing that you do well and she wont laugh at you. All this ultimatly will make ol' boy lay down and play dead. You just need to relax. To this day it happens to me my first time with a women.
