Ok well I know the answer im going to get from everyone is that there is a chance and that we should test... But im not looking for that kind of response...

I have a few questions about ovulation and the mucus during it. Now my gf and I had sex 3 times a few days ago... Each time I wore a condom, but there was penetration before I put the condom on... I know stupid stupid stupid... And I know there is a definate chance of her being pregnant now due to precum.. Although it is a lower chance from the smaller number of sperm there is still a chance, but shes extreemly confident shes not although its only been a few days since it happened.

Ok so here goes the question part... Now I know that the mucus changes when it comes closer to ovulation time. When we were together I noticed that her mucus was somewhat white, slippery, and kinda tacky and a little stringy... Im sorry about all the detail but I hope it helps with what im trying to describe.

Now ive done some research on this and ive read that when its white or cloudy its close to ovulation but not time yet and while she would be semi fertile shes not as fertile as she can be.

My question is, is my information somewhat accurate so far? And also about how far off from ovulation might she be if my information was accurate?

It all depends on her body although if her mucus was stretchy then it could be a indication that she was ovulating. If you can stretch it between your thumb and forefinger that is an indication she could be ovulating or close to it. I hope that helps a little :)

I am very impressed that you being male has done his homework. Yes your information is pretty close to acurate.. A womens cervical mucus changes to a consistancy to that of egg whites *raw* before she is fertile. This creates a more habitable environment for the sperm to live in. Women are usualy only fertile for 24 - 48 hours.

She is not on any other form of bc?

The chances are slim of concieving from precum, but that does not mean it can't happen.

Good luck....

Thank you so much for your responses... No shes not on any other form of bc, she was on the pill for a while, but she had some problems with it and didnt want to continue with it so of course I had to respect her wishes. Actually she just got off of it early last month, and ive heard that some women will not get pregnant for 2-6 months after they come off the pill, but then again some will be able to get pregnant right away..

And thank you for the compliment on doin my homework. I honestly dont see why more guys dont look at this... I mean if you really care about the girl your with you should know whats going on with her body too... And im absolutely crazy about this girl, we just arent ready for a child...

She is extreemly calm about it but I am still a bit nervous only because I have a nephew that was an "uh oh" baby and although im not sure how he was conceived im still very nervous about it... We have decided to not have sex for a while after I stop freaking out and go from there.

Thank you again for the response, i'm much more relaxed hearing it from another person.
