Recently I just began taking birth control. It seems right after this (i don't know if this is related in anyway to the birth control) I started having itching/sensitivity in my vagina. It lasted for almost a week and went away for a few days. It's back again. I don't think it's a yeast infection because I don't have any unusual "cottage cheese" like discharge, but then again i've never had a yeast infection. I also don't think it's an std because I don't have any pain when urinating and there are no bumps or anything unusual. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Help!

It is probably the beginning of a yeast infection. I would go to the store and get some of the cream that you insert inside of you and try it and see if it goes away. If it doesnt I would reccomend going to the doctors.
