Q: Children And Their Underwear

My daughter pulls at her panties all the time! She says that it feels like there is rope in her panties that is scratching her bottom, so she thinks she needs to pull on her panties. This is constant and i've tried different types of underwear and different sizes. She says it does not hurt or burn when she urinates. Any ideas?
