Q: Anxiety About Feeling Good?

My anxiety is so bad that when I feel good, I think something is wrong or it's a sign that something bad is going to happen. I am insane, I know.

Roflrofl me to, if I feel fine ill think theyres something wrong with me and ill have a panic attack. And I worry when I feel fine also because I always ehar people say that right before u die you get really happy and feel great
