Diets After Gallbladder Removal Posted: 07-10-05 11:16am
Two years ago, I had to have my
gallbladder removed, not because of
stones, but because my ejection fraction
was only 10%. I was having severe pain
in my right side, and massive swelling in
my abdomen. After an extensive
examination, my physician determined that
the cause of my gallbladder disorder was
due to my long term use of yellow jacket
dietary supplements. Two years after my
surgery, I have gained more than 50 lbs.
I do understand that the yellow jackets
have caused my metabolism to become
extinct, and I have made no changes in my
diet, I can look at food now and gain
weight. Is there any suggested diet I
should follow to help shed these pounds.
I am very miserable at this point, and I
have consulted the physician here, who
says that he thinks I should have surgery
done again. Please help!
