As u might have guessed, im having headaches. Its not a normal headache, it feels like my brain is expanding, and that makes me have a mild form of panick I think. I have had a headache every single day for about 5 months, had a ct scan and a blood test, everythink came back perfectly normal. Why am I having them???

Even though I have had a ct scan, I am still convinced that I have got a brain tumour, or an aneurysm or something serious. What is the likelihood of this??? A headache every day for 5 months, also waking up with them, palpitations, also in the head its horrible. 15 years of age!

Could it be a brain stem tumour? Do they show up on ct scans?

Thanks
james

Thanks for your reply, maybe I am a hypochondriac, even though the pain feels genuinly real. I am always scared that something bad is going to happen to me, for example a ruptured aneurysm, and then I will just die, it scares me so much, because the stabbing pain is always in the same place, which makes it seem like my vein just wants to pop.

How do they diagnose aneurysms? Surely it would show up in the blood pressure???

Ya our headaches our real, but other people without anxiety wouldnt worry about them at all when they got them. Were pronse to think the worst about everything

they find anurysms through ct's and mri's...Its veryyy rare for people our age to have a ruptured anurysm
