Hi there. I took the depo shot almost 4 months ago, and whilst it was still effective, I bled for many many days at a time, not a lot.. Just spotting.. But it lasted about 3 weeks! Now i'm off of birthcontrol and i've had to wear a pad or tampon every single day for about 2 weeks now. Is this because of the shot and now everything is out of whack?

It's really a pain having a period everyday, even if it's only light. Just wondering if this was common after being on bc. Thanks!
