It's certain that your cocaine use might have something to do with your nose getting worse and it's great that you don't seem to be addicted to the drug which will allow you to quit alot easier, but you should see an ''ear-nose-throat'' specialist in person to find out exactly what those lumps are and what to do about them. I know, i'm stating the obvious... Lol

I had the same thing. And if you do not medical question off with the coke for a few days atleast, that bump will desintigrate leaving a hole through your septum, thats what happened to me. First I thought it was like white blood blister but it is dying cartlige and then it will happen on the other side. And theres pretty much nothing you can do about it besides stop using, because you don't actually burn a hole through there, blood vessels constrict in there and after awhile, because of lack of blood flow, that part of your flesh/cart. Dies and falls out. It dies thats why you get a hole not because you burned through.
