Ok over a few week I have had a really annoying itch at the side of my left testacle.Its starting to get on my nerves and it is a little sore now as well.What could it be and what can I do from mark

stop scratching it! Thats why it's sore; instead put on some gold bond medicated body powder (maximum strength) and then shave the hair off of your balls.
