Hello, I can kind of relate to this situation. Im 5'3 and 120lbs, I compete in fitness competitions and love running and weight training, however, I have not had a period in at least 4 monthes! I know im not pregnant, but im afraid that the low bodyfat perce. Is causing this and hurt my chances in becoming pregnant someday. Im engaged and about to get married and I want to have children within a couple of years. I love fitness and working out but having children someday has priority. Any advice???
