Q: Back Lumps Advise

I had a car accident 4 years ago. I broke my hip. Then I noticed 2 lumps on my lower back. 1 on each side. For the past few monthes i've been getting bad back pain on the left. Tonight I was rubbing my back because it hurt. I notices the lump on that side is now about 3x bigger and now there are 2 on that side. Other side is the same as always. Any advise?
