Q: Red Freckle Looking Things Where I Used to Have Pimples

Ok, so I get pimples every once in awhile on my forehead I use stridex and clean & clear to make them go away (i don't pop them) after awhile they are flat and gone but I am left with little red freckle looking things where the pimples used to be and they aren't really going away

can anyone help?
Will they go away over time?
