I think I have only had maybe one or two
real panic attacks...Shaking dizzy, weird
thought about death, heart beating hard
like I am about to have a heart attack
that very minute or die in a car crash or
something like that. Other than that I
usually just have constant worry, stress
and anxiety and depression, over these
same issues but it doesn't seem as urgent.
When I am stressed out or anxious about
something I usually get to a point where I
just have to sit and have a good
cry....That's just me....

Chicky
you really dont have anything to worry
about I remember the first time I had a
panic attack I thought that I was going to
die. My anxirty got so bad that I got to
the point where I didnt even want to eat
anymore cause I was scared that I was
going to choke or some stupid thing and it
really didnt help much that I was recently
in an accident and my stepfather was
killed
i was the only sober one in the vehicle
and remembered everything. But anyway
dont let your anxiety get the better of
you whenever you start to even get anxious
just take deep breathes in and out and and
do some mind reading like tell yourself
that you are in a safe place and
everything is going to be ok. And it
helps if you get your mind off of whats
bothering you orand talk to a friend every
once and a while about your problems

I think that many people dont really kno
what anxiety attacks are, I am only 17 I
have never been subscribed any medicine,
but when I went to the hospital and found
out my mother might possibly die I got
very hot and shaky and tightend up,
anxiety is a feeling you have inside of
you also like panic, it is the way you
feel about or around something, I have
lived around this for 6 years and still
going, but now since my mom has been
taking off her medicince she doesnt have
her anxiety/panic attacks anymore, but
still has a lot of stress and depression

I am in commerical
properties n I also manage apartment
complexes, well this one day I was in my
office, serving my three dy ntoices and
this young woman comes in and says I
haven't been able to reach my mother and
i'm really worried, and normally we
couldn't just let her in, for all I know
she should of been lieing about who she
was. Anyway the reason why I went to
check the tenant was I had a three day
notice to pay her rent in my hand, and she
was normally on time. So we went to her
aprtment I opened up the dorr, and well
shes been there for 3 weeks, so can you
imagine the panic attacks i've been
having, I haven't had a good night sleep
since, and that happened 4 months ago,
help!!!!

What Should I Do Posted: 12-07-05 19:26pm
I work in commerical properties and
property managment. Well this one day I
was perparing my three day notices and I
had this woman come in and said to me that
she hasn't seen or talk to her mother in
about 30 days, and shes really concerned.
Well I would of been too. And I had a
three day notice for this tenant on my
desk which made me a little more nervious.
I used to see her and say good morning to
her everyday. Well I grab her key and
her daughter and I go to her apartment to
see whats been going on. Well when we
opened the door she was on the floor and
has been for about 3 weeks, so you can
imagine. It was the most scariest thing I
had ever had to see and deal with. I have
been having panic attacks, and in and out
of the doctors since, thinking about
having a heart attack, feeling pains and
pressure on the back of my head, very
dizzy, thinking about strokes, I don't
know what to do as of right now. Please
does anyone has any ideas?

The dizzy and whatever else you said is a
panic/anxiety attack, they normally come
when you are scared or have been scared or
hurt in life which explains it for
you...But the most you can do is talk to
someone about how you feel about it

panic attack = panic disorder = anxiety
??
Anxiety can be defined as a general
feeling of worry or fear of certain
situation. It also could be a sudden
attack of panicky feelings on top of what
is happening or passed.
When you’re not finish something that
you should have been done. You’ll get
into feeling of anxiety, where feeling of
worry emerge in your mind, your heart
races and short of breathe that makes you
feeling like you’re going to choke.
Depends on the way of handling, anxiety
could give you motivation and energy to
get things done. However, majority of
people can’t get the right way which may
finally disrupt your life.
When one people suffering ongoing worry or
fear about something that isn’t related
to a particular event or situation, or
feeling anxiety at all the time for no
reason, this is called generalized anxiety
disorder.
Panic attack is an episode of intense
terror or fear which strike suddenly and
without warning. In the other words,
panic attack happens when an “alarm
system” within our body has detected an
event of danger.
Suppose one day you’re getting into the
bathroom to take your shower. Suddenly,
your chest feels tight, you heart races,
and you feel like no oxygen in the air
where you probably will die of
suffocation. Then you feel lightheaded
and your body collapse to the ground.
This event isn’t caused by haunting or
whatever, and most likely you had a panic
attack. As what i’ve been mentioned,
every human has an “alarm system”
planted within our body. This system
measures the level of stress, depression,
mentally or physically tiredness.
When the level is saturated which means
the system detected something danger has
happened, the “alarm system” will
trigger some parts of our body to react
from this danger event.
You notice those physical sensations that
the body is producing, such as a rapid
heartbeat, muscle tense and shaky hand.
Then you become afraid of them and
unconsciously instruct the body to protect
you. The body begins to change its
chemistry in order to guard against the
emergency.
Yet, since this is not a true physical
crisis, you can't properly use the body's
power effectively. You notice an increase
in physical symptoms instead. This
creates a self-reinforcing cycle during
the panic attack.
It is important to note that if you have
experienced a panic attack, this does not
necessarily mean that you have or will
develop panic disorder. Many people have
experienced singular attacks without
recurrence, and do not have panic
disorder.
Panic disorder is typically diagnosed in
individuals who experience repeated panic
attacks, or persistent fear of future
panic attacks. The condition is treatable
and it is very important that you speak
with your trusted people like doctor,
friends or partner if you are experiencing
symptoms in order to receive an accurate
diagnosis.
Left untreated, panic disorder will most
likely have a disabling effect on your
well-being as well as negative
consequences on your social and
professional relationships.
The mind is the limit

They used to call it nerves, now it is
stress but lets face it, just like nerves,
we all he them and we all pretty much have
stress to me it is sometimes brought on
from something in the past, I have seen
that happen a lot! I am not a dr but I
have seen times where .E.M.D.R. Has
helped a lot of people especially if it is
brought on from something from the past,
it is normally done by a psychologist so
their is no extra medication given and is
done either by knee tapping or finger
movement and it brings out the negative
time in your life and you are takn back to
that time and given relief of it, it has
helped people with phobias, people with
post war syndrome and other situations.
Their are times when medication is given
to certain people.
Some people are helped by eft.
Some are helped with support groups,
psychiatrists. The main thing is is that
you try to get help. T does not mean that
you are crazy, it just means that you need
a little help and we all need that
sometimes in our lives.
The best to all!
