I was wondering if anyone can help, or at least point me in the right direction...

This past winter I went through treatment for my low back pain. The x-ray and mri showed that one of my joints near my pelvis looked twisted. Actually, on the x-ray, you could clearly see one joint, but the other one you could not. My doctor said what it was, but for the life of me I cannot remember it!!

Anyway, it's something that cannot be fixed, but managed through pain management. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? Or can tell me where to look? I don't know how to begin a search on "twisted joint." it doesn't work... :)

oh, and my doctor is no longer in practice, otherwise i'd just call him up!
