I've only just found out i'm pregnant. It wasn't planned but I welcome it. I am so worried for some reason of having a miscarriage i've never been pregnant before, so I don't know where the worry is coming from.
I need to stop thinking negative thoughts, has anyone got any ideas on how? I'm probably ony 5 to 7 weeks pregnant so i've got a while to go yet. I don't think all this worrying is good for the little one but i'm so negative can somebody out there please give me postative thoughts.
Is this normal.

Worried Too

I am about 5 weeks pregnant and so thrilled but so nervous. My mom had a miscarriage before at 3 months. I have so much anxiety and can breath or sleep well. I just want this so bad and am trying to stay optimistic but I just want to celebrate and tell everyone and I can't. My husband tries to tell me at least I am fertile and not to worry but I just can't stop being paranoid. I have read stress can lead to miscarriages and I may start yoga or pilates to relax my mind. Please let me know if you find anything that helps. I am working on just taking deep breaths but my next appointment isnt until the end of september and that seems like a lifetime. Sorry to ramble.
