Q: Severe Muscle Pains In Pregnancy

I am 25 years old and pregnant with my second child. Last week I woke during the night screaming with severe pains in my left leg.The pain was so severe I couldnt move at all for around 5 minutes.When it subsided I was fine until I tried to stand up.The back of my left leg is very sore to walk on and has been every since .This happened to me once before and lasted around 3 weeks.Now its happened again. What should I do?

It is called charlie horses's.....It is caused from a decrease in calcium...And the added weight of your muscles....Take a cal supplement..
