Well..With online pharmacies, you get your drugs delivered right at your doorsteps. Moreover i've seen that drugs available online, are much cheaper than than wat I can get here in the u.S. I needed dostinex, went to msn ansd searched for this drug name and got names of several online pharmacies offering this drug. I tried one and was really satisfied with their service and quality.

If your embarrsed about buying something, say hemmrhoid cream or something for an std then I guess buying online means you don't have to look at that smug old wifey behind the counter with too much make up on.
