Q: Metabolism Too High?

I’m an inactive 18 year old male who weighs 155.
Is it possible to have a metabolism that is too high? My thyroid blood tests have been in normal range. But I can consume 3000 calories a day, easily. If I don’t get around 3000 calories I get hunger pains. I can even feel hungry again about 2-4 hours after eating a huge meal. Its so goddamn annoying. I can’t do any work out programs because I lose too much weight. Also I do have a goiter showing and it feels really tight sometimes. The skin around my stomach feels really tight sometimes too. My skin is really soft. I can suffer from heat intolerance problems. I have severe fatigue sometimes with depression/ bi polar which I take nothing for. Is it safe to consume 3000-3500 calories a day?? I know there is something wrong with me and it has destroyed my life. Please help me.
