I'm 21 and really find little time to look after my body. As a result I have put on some unwanted fat especially in my thigh region. Please help me by giving your advice.

I've found walking, especially uphill & downhill (i live in mountainous area) really slims the thighs. All my life i've had big legs but now they are leaner & mostly muscle.
I'm busy too, so I 'multitask' by parking my car far away from s store so I have to walk there, also I take my cell phone & do all of my calls while walking in the hills.
Every evening I take a sunset stroll with my husband & we talk about our day & make future plans while exercising. It beats tv watching!
