I dont know if what I have is serious or not, but I am quite young, and am a little embarresed. I have broke out in "purplish" sores. 1 is right under my "hair" if you know what I mean, down below. It constantly hurts and I dont know what to do. Then I observed that I have 3 more. 2 that are under the "flap" of the bottom of my stomach, and the other is on my leg, pretty high up, on the side that is facing the other leg. I am quite embarresed about this, and dont even know if I am asking this in the right forum. I just want to know if this seems serious and what it could be. I just started to develope these sores recently, about 3 to 4 days. Maybe its because the two sides of skin created friction and rub against eachother? The flap of the stomach and the two legs? The one I am most concerned about is the one under the "hair" below, because it hurts the worst, only if you rub against it though. Pleasae tell me what this could be.I am 17 only!

Also, what can I get to treat this, if it isnt anything major.

Regarding Your Sores
I would suggest that you see a doctor. If they are like blisters, they could be herpes. If they are almost like moles or look like blood blisters, they could be melanoma or another skin cancer. They could also possibly be ingrown hairs. The best person to determine it would be your doctor.

How can it be herpes? I dont think its melanoma or another skin cancer because this just started to appear.

Upon closer examination, it has a hole in the middle of the sore.

It looks like this, its an oval shape ( )

[red(purple/pinkish*small hole*purple/pinkish)red]

thats a ruff diagram of its colors

it seems as though small amounts of blood comes out of the "hole". It reminds me of a misquito bite, that has been scratched bad.

I put some nerosporim (dont know how to spell it) on it. The stuff in the yellow tube. And put a band aid with anti-bacterial stuff on it.

What else can I get so it could heal? What might it be?

Sores
I don't know what else it could be, especially when I cannot see it. The location is what made me think of herpes but that would tend to be more on your penis and would appear as blisters (red and clear). The color made me think of melanoma or some other skin cancer. Don't let its relative "newness" fool you into believing that it cannot be cancerous because all cancer has to start somehow. Another thought that strikes me due to the location would be potentially crab bites. Is it itchy at all?

I strongly suggest that you see a doctor. Some types of sores are best left to air dry with nothing applied. With herpes for example, applying creams or ointments causes it to spread and be much worse. They need to be kept dry and aired as best as possible.

Try doing an online search and see if you can find any pictures that resemble it. That might give you clues as to what it is.

I hope the best for you. Good luck.

but its not exactly. It more shaped like an oval on its side. Like an egg shape but not straight up, rather to its side. The middle part also has a darker color tone to it.

I soaked this is warm water. And the pain has decreased drastically. It never itched, but before with the slightest movement, it would hurt. But now I can move without it hurting. But it does hurt if you press hard on it and stuff like that. It also decreased in size. Thanks for all your help.

Your Sore
It could be boils. You really should get it checked. In the interim, continue to soak as you stated helped. Pat each dry with a paper towel as opposed to potentially spreading them to other areas with your towel. Allow them to air dry beyond that as much as possible. Don't apply any ointments or creams. Don't apply a bandaid. Wear cotton clothes as much as possible so that the area is able to breathe. Avoid clothes that will rub against the tender areas. And see your doctor now so that even if they go away, you know what you're dealing with if you get them again.

Best of luck!
