The area where my nose connects to my throat is raw and sore. I don't know what is causing this as I don't have a runny nose or anything, the onlt thing that helps is throat spray, but it's hard to spray on the part that hurts as it's on the top of my throat behind the dangly bit at the back of my mouth. Does anyone have any idea what this could be or another way to treat it???
