Q: What's Happening to My Lips

I'm african-american

it's hard to describe but there's like a black/dark layer of skin that comes over my upper lip and the very bottom of my lower lip. Usually it peels off by the end of the night but regenerates by morning time.

It doesn't hurt or itch but it looks horrible and makes me incredibly self-consicous. Sad

does this sound like anything?

Thanks
