I was diagnosed w/ pericarditis in mid 2001, since then it has came back so many times that I lost count. In aug 2004 I had another episode of chest pain which was followed by abdominal pains. I was taken in for what was thought a regular appendicitis, turned out I had a tumor in my appendix.
It is now june 2005, 10 months since my last "episode" of pericarditis, with another flair up. Here is my question, how do I find out if my pericarditis is linked to the appendicital tumor, and am I a hypochondriac to think maybe I have another tumor somewhere(brief episode of severe abdominal pain beginning of june) else. :!:
