Q: Trick Your Body???

Is this part of an eating disorder?Ok I was going to ask this ok I herd that u can trick ur body into thinking it ate 3meals a day like say I had a can of beans and I ate a lil bit 3 times a day wouldnt it trick your body and it wouldnt let out the store fat is that a good way to loose weight fast?

I agree yes ive heard that you can do things like that to "trick" your body, and if you did that for a couple weeks yes youd probably drop weight, but itd be very unhealthy, you dont get all the nutrients you need in a can of beans, and youll probably be feeling very weak and unhealthy after a week or two of doing that, and most likely youll still get hungry and end up spoiling it anyways : ) you wont believe how much better you can make yourself look by just cutting down on the extra snacks drinking water, and eatting semi healthy foods, and just go jogging, walking, or running in the morning and night, itll shock you on how much better youll look and feel trust me! Best of luck! (plus its much healthier that way!)

Well what if you took a vitamin everyday would that be ok with the trick ur body plan?

Well itd help, but taking vitamins like that is supposed to "add" to your daily nutrition, still it doesnt give you everything you need, you still need fresh foods in your body, and trust me youll be starving! Ive tried "the starving myself" diets, even if you spread it out like that, youll be hungry, youll get cranky, youll get unhealthy. And I consider it being lazy. And your just damaging your body. If you dont want to eat much, then eat a chicken salad or somethin, low calorie dressing, youll have some veggies in there and your meats, its better then nothing, and excersise!!! Just walk! Thats all you need, it doesnt have to be strenous, cause if you loose weight like that without excersising your gonna get flabby and have sagging gross skin, you need to tone it up as your loosing weight. After or before your walk do a few sit up to keep your tummy up to, do 10-20. *tip* ive been told if you do 20 situps right when you wake up it helps to tone up! : )

Not only you starve, you start craving food. Ppl actually think that by starving youself, or eating less, you can lose more, but nope. Ask any nutritionist, he'll tell you that, you lose more muscle with that kind of eating habits, and with a diet you lose fat.

Sometiemes you even start liking or even craving the food you didn't like before.
