Well itd help, but taking vitamins like that is supposed to "add" to your daily nutrition, still it doesnt give you everything you need, you still need fresh foods in your body, and trust me youll be starving! Ive tried "the starving myself" diets, even if you spread it out like that, youll be hungry, youll get cranky, youll get unhealthy. And I consider it being lazy. And your just damaging your body. If you dont want to eat much, then eat a chicken salad or somethin, low calorie dressing, youll have some veggies in there and your meats, its better then nothing, and excersise!!! Just walk! Thats all you need, it doesnt have to be strenous, cause if you loose weight like that without excersising your gonna get flabby and have sagging gross skin, you need to tone it up as your loosing weight. After or before your walk do a few sit up to keep your tummy up to, do 10-20. *tip* ive been told if you do 20 situps right when you wake up it helps to tone up! : )
