Q: Chronic Fatigue

I have a 25 year old daughter who appears to have been suffering from this for years. She is a vegan. She also gets depressed and lacks energy, although she does try to get out and exercise each day. But sometimes she just sleeps the day away... Due to this she can't have a full-time job. Any comments, thoughts greatly appreciated.

Being a vegan she should go to a nutritionist and make sure she is consuming the proper nutrients because this could be contributing to her constant fatigue. Also depression can cause horrible fatigue. Is she in therapy/counselling? If not it may be a good idea just to see if the depression is contributing to her fatigue and if it is then the doctor could perscribe medication or may continue with therapy. Also could she be anemic? Many vegans are anemic due to the lack of iron in their diet. Sorry im rambling I hope this helps!
