Just don't masturbate for a few days or a couple weeks and the pain should actually go away... That happens to me sometimes when I "over-stimulate" lol.... So just chill for a little while and it should be all good

Method
Are you using a vibrator or go to town? Things get numb over time when it's overstimulated and then you have to use more and more...So I suggest trying lube/finger/gentle as opposed to anything more aggressive, I think you can train yourself to respond if you only use the more gentle technique, let yourself get re-sensitized and that might mean backing off for a while until you're good and horny again

the Girls That Replied Are Right
Just give it a break for about a week. If that doesn't help then you might have an infection (nothing serious) that needs to be looked at.

I to live in toronto (well actually maple). My suggestion is to go see a doctor.
