Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible for a female who is not sexually active to have genital warts or things of such. I have heard of males who have gotten "diseases" from masturbation, who were not yet sexually active. What is possible in women?

I've never heard of such a thing, how can one get a disease without touching an infected person? Sounds like a religious threat really. If you haven't had any contact with another person who may be infected, you're fine.

This post is so old that you probably will not even read this.
The above post is correct, you cannot have an std if you have not had sexual contact with someone.

However, there is something that you can get that you may think are warts. It is like a bacterial infection that causes little blister looking things. Almost just like pimples or ingrown hairs that do not go away. But, you can get them burned off at like a planned parenthood place. As long as you get rid of the original one (which you really don't know which one it is) then they will never come back.
You can even get it from bacteria in water that you bathed in or something. Very strange.
