Daisybelle,
yes it's very normal especially since her menstral cycle has just recently started....My sister's best friend(only 10) has had her period for a few months now and has been getting it every 2 weeks on the dot...Every girl's period is different and some can be kinda wacky ya know....But if you're truly worried and want to ease ur mind, call up her doctor and just give them a heads up on whats going on. Im sure if women can get their period every 50 days, then girls can start off getting it every 2 weeks...Hope this helps.

Thanks vanessa. I've only just found this site so was thrilled to get your reply. I have 3 daughters but the other 2 have had nothing like this.
I'm not particular worried but always good to know things are normal!
Cheers.

It certainly is very normal and quite common! While this may eventually straighten out some women continue to have periods every 2 weeks however that is unlikely Smile I remeber when I started mine they would sometimes skip 3 months and then for the next month be every 2 weeks! The female body works in funny ways! Best of luck!

Hey
Hellloo

hey your duaghter experincing her period every two weeks is perfectly fine... I was the same way for about a year and a half of starting my period.. They say it can take a few years for her cycle to straighten out and become normal no worries:d:d
