Bananas, three times a day. Banana baby food is my favorite treat and helps in the bum area. I know, sounds weird but it really does have a sweet taste to it. People don't eat enough fiber. Too many fast food crappy food. Eat some yogurt with probiotics in it too.

i have something like that. except mine's just looks like a pimple minus the white or black head. and it doesn't hurt to pass my bowels, but it hurts when i wipe or touch it. do you guys think it's still a pile?

I have the same thing, a lump the size of a pea ( or around that area) right above my anus. I just noticed it recently and it hurts to touch or when i put pressure on it. It bleeds a little too I think because when I wipe, there's a bit of blood on the toilet paper. I'm 17 and completely clueless as to what this could be. I'm hoping it's something small and not a big issue:(
