Hi, 2 days ago I was removing a metal plate thing from the door surround which people had been catching their clothes on. I pulled it with pliers and nails were flying out of it, and suddenly there was a cold sensation like something shooting up my left nostril. I have no idea if something went up my nose, particle, nail or whatever? Since then I had a weird feeling as though there was something up my nose, my wife looked but couldn't see anything? I just woke up choking as though there was was something there. Now my question is, is this possible and if so what should I do about it? Should I go to the emergency room?
