I'm celiac with fish & kiwi allergies so when i'm out of the country or eating in ethnic restaurants I carry dietarycards in the right language telling the chef and wait staff about my gluten, fish and kiwi-free diet. I received these several years ago and they have made a world of a difference to me. I've actually just ordered another language (german) online as i'm going to berlin and the rhine for the first time. I'm told good things about german sausages!
