Q: stink smelly drip coming from my penis

Before sex or masterbation I had a stink smelly drip coming from my penis that dryed up on my shorts , I think this lasted for some time, and no ther was no burning , I think I was about 11 years old, no probs since than ,so I could really use some advise on this, is this a common thing.
