My ex has been filling up my email box

i opened a new account

but on my old one it is free, and I do not have the option of blocking his address, it was from 7 plus years ago

i am letting him upset me, I am letting him let me be scared intimidated eggshell walking

he is getting too mean

repeatdly filling up mailbox with the same mean things
i am not writing him back these are games and we are adults, this is nonsense

thank you all for your support, it means the world to me
i would be so embarrassed to talk to others face to face

because I really loved this man, and excused some of his behavior in the past on his diganossed bipolar disorder

he was going to meetings, he was nice
and then, man, holy heck broke loose

i pray for miracles
