I kind of find it really weird how people
with very few post counts, post how their
results were "great." the responses sound
kind of generic and unenthuastic, that
coupled with the fact that they seem to
just post once or twice and then disappear
forever.
I just find it awkward, thats all.

Colonix Day 7 Posted: 02-02-06 22:53pm
Friday feb 3 will be my seventh day on the
colonix program. I am 24, and in my past
I have had severe problems in this area.
I am lucky if I go once a week sometimes
once every two weeks if I am really
stressed out. I know it sounds hard to
believe but its very true. I think I
have been on every fiber supplement
possible. When I was pregnant I took
prenatal vit called carenate which had a
stool softner, I took two colace in the
morning and two at night plus I drank a
mixture called miralax which is
perscription fiber mix. I did this every
day to keep from becomming impacted while
pregnant. I found this program and new I
had to try. So far I have not
experienced anything I have gone three
times in the seven days which I guess is
good for me however I thought I would be
going every day. I have been very
paranoid about my water intake. Today I
drank 7 of the 20oz walmart bottles of
water, thats over 14 glasses of water.
One things for sure I have no appetite
probably because I am drinking so much
water. I have been steeping my tea for
at least 10 min and have no movement in
the morning. I am wondering if it takes
a while for everything to get moving.
Anyway I will keep posted on my progress.
If anyone has any info on how soon you
see results please let me know I am still
waiting.

Colonix Posted: 02-27-06 21:09pm
I have read the testamonials and the day
by day accounts, and even viewed the
photos of the strange 'creatures' passed
by people who have documented their
experience with the colonix program. It
appears to me that these 'creatures' are
in fact casts or 'psillium fibre moulds'
of the participants digestive system. It
seems that these pictures are sometimes
accompanied by comments such as, 'no
wonder I didn't feel good with that thing
inside me' or 'i don't remember eating
that !'.
I don't doubt that the program with the
'paranil' will rid the body of parasites
but I do doubt that the pictures posted
are of parasites. I also noticed that
one 27 year old man who was passing this
'stuff', doubled his dosage and a day
later passed the
"biggest, longest and nastiest piece of
stuff I had ever seen! It was
approximately 2 to 3 feet in length."
a day later he remarks
"another very large piece of stuff came
out. This was thicker than the rest. I
am very glad that I upped the dosage to 2
scoops!"
is it just me or is it somewhat misleading
that a company would allow testamonials
that would suggest to the public that
their product is chasing this 'stuff' out
of their body, when it is the treatment
itself that is creating the 'rubbery
stuff' that their clients are passing?
Don't get me wrong, I have had drugstore
facial peels and they feel great, and I
imagine it could be very refreshing and
even possibly very helpful to have an
"intestinal' peel done, but if this guy
keeps upping his dosage and increasing his
water content he is going to end up with a
complete 'psillium fiber' mold of his
entire digestive system and that might not
be the best thing for his health.
It seems irresponsible that a company
would allow a testamonial where a client
describes how he had to double the dosage
to see the really big nasty pieces pass
from his body; when the pieces that he
passes are more than likey composed of the
product that he has consumed as part of
the colon cleanse. Or is this an
attempt to get people to use twice as much
of the product to increase profits? Just
wondering.

My Experience Posted: 03-06-06 17:24pm
I just wanted to post about my experience
with colonix.
I order a month supply for myself and my
wife. Just wanted to try it out for the
month, and order more if it was worth it.
I had high hopes for it after reading
this forum. Got tired of the intensly
glowing testimonials on the colonix
website, but this more objective venue
showed some people were having a good
experience. I don't have problems with
irregularity, etc., just wanted to
clense.
Well, after one month, i'm not interested
in continuing. Not that I had a bad
time, but I did not experience anything
that I found really encouraging. During
the first three weeks I was feeling a lot
of discomfort in my gut. Almost like
constipation, but I didn't have any
problems pooping. Then that passed, and
things were kind of normal. Nothing
spectacular came out, like what's shown on
the website. No worms or other parasite
type things, and no long strands of hard
gunk. There was a little bit of dark,
hard looking material from time to time,
though.
It was only in the last week, when I
realized that the colonix powder container
had more than one tablespoon per day, that
I doubled the daily dosage. Things
improved: I was pooping twice a day and
they were both big and satisfying. But
then the stuff ran out and I decided it
wasn't worth the expense (face it, this
stuff is expensive) for another month.
This was compounded by my realization that
psyllium is also the main ingredient in
metamucil, and can otherwise be obtained
far more cheaply. I agree that the other
ingredients in colonix are beneficial, but
again, just not worth the price. I can
bug a larger can of psyllium at my health
food store for $10.
My wife, on the other hand, had a much
harder time. She had the problems with
consitpation that are described elsewhere
in this thread. And she gave up on the
tea because it didn't do anything except
make matters worse, even after steeping it
for 15 minutes. While my interest in not
continuing is financial, she doesn't want
to have anything to do with it.
So, I just wanted to post about my
experience for someone to take into
account when deciding on the product. I
know you're supposed to do the program for
2-3 months, but again, I just didn't see
encouraging enough results the first month
to justify the cost of continuing. I
think psyllium based colon clenses are
beneficial, and can work. But i'll just
look for some alternatives at gnc or my
local health food store.

First, let me say that the people who are
attacking people for having questions and
concerns about this product are jerks.
This is our health we're talking about
here, and if you don't have serious
reservations about putting anything into
your body, you're nuts. You can't fault
someone for trying to weigh all sides.
That being said, I am trying the colonix
program (and also taking the probiotics).
I'm on day five right now. I'm sticking
through a couple more days at least, but
right now, i'm not all that happy.
I was not suffering from constipation
before I started. I've suffered with ibs
since I was just a little kid (i'm 25
now), but it was recently under pretty
good control.
I'll admit it was the fear factor (all
those horrid testimonials about tapeworms
and roundworms and god knows what else)
got me to start the product. I figured
that it couldn't hurt, considering my
history of intestinal difficulties.
As i've said, i'm only on my 5th day, but
so far, my bms have been less healthy than
usual. Very loose and fibrous.
Generally not great.
Day 3-4 I had a headache, which they claim
is detox.
I've only been steeping the tea for like
1-1.5 minutes, as i'm hesitant to get
myself into a laxative disaster situation
at work or something, but still, the bms
seem looser and looser.
Today, on day 5, I woke up with really
awful cramping, and I had several bouts of
urgent, loose bms. Those subsided after
an hour or so, but it's been about 10
hours now, and my abdomen is still very
cramped, very bloated, and i'm really
uncomfortable.
I'll stick with the system for another day
or so, but if this cramping and abnormal
bm stuff keeps up, i'm going to send it
all back for a refund.
If things change for the better, i'll let
you guys know.

I just started the colonix program 2 days
ago, I have been wanting to cleanse my
colon for years but never wanted anything
going up my rearend, I am 40 year old male
who became concerned about 3 weeks ago
when my heart started acting funny, I
can't afford to go to the hospital, I
don't have health insurance and I don't
trust charity hospitals, so since I am a
christian I place my life in the hands of
my lord jesus. I have always read what a
dirty colon can do to a body and got to
thinking about my heart acting strangely,
I remedied it 3 weeks ago by beginning to
jog everday and taking things out of my
daily diet, I also do situps everyday, I
am 6'1" about 185 pounds, athletic build
with a protruding belly, belly not too big
just about even with my chest, hoping to
have a six pack soon. Well my heart is
much better before I started the colonix
program but still I noticed sometimes when
sitting at the computer a warm sensation
flowing around my heart and sometimes
little sharp pains, well this could be a
number of things causing this, high blood
pressure which I have never had a problem
with before, could be gas, I have had
problems with acid reflux real bad, could
be the beginning of diabetes, my mother
was just diagnosed with type one and just
discovered that my father has been in
denial for years with it, could be bad
cholesterol, even hypertension, I would
have a very difficult time beleiving I
have diabetes or high cholesterol, I
always eat pretty much healthy and I am
for the most part a calm person. I have
started taking magnesium everyday for my
heart, been taking vitamin c for years,
just started b12, day 2 into the colonox
program and my heart is no longer feeling
funny, fisrt day I felt constipated and
bloated, second day crapping pretty well,
maybe some worms in a hard stool the first
day but not sure, been eating only fruit
maybe some veggies, dreid fruit and mixes,
soy milk, apple juice, v8. Nothing scary
yet in the toilet but will keep you all
posted, no burst of energy yet, was pretty
regular before starting colonix, if I
don't see drastic improvements I will
request a refund but so far the heart
thing is interesting. I am posting this
to maybe to help others find a solution
for some health problems, I am not a
health expert just your average joe
concerned about his health.

Hi. I have searched and searched the
internet for answers or if anyone has a
similar story. I am 26, and have dealt
with constipation for over 10yrs. I used
to be unhealthy, but for the past 3ys, I
have been excersizing and eating lots of
fruits and veggies daily. Here is my
huge concern: a few years ago, I took
laxatives and my bm looked like
intestines!! Sometimes I see that
wrapped around my bm (without laxatives).
I've went to a doctor twice, she detected
nothing. I was doing research 3 days ago
on fiber suppliments and came across the
parasites!!!! The pictures looked just
like what I saw! I ordered drnatura's
colonix, I stayed up for a day reading
everything I could. I am really scared to
take medicines, scrared about my bm and
scared about parasites.
Has anyone had similar stories?
Has anyone taken colonix?
Any information will help. Thank you.

Drbuttura and I have had similar results,
cramping first 2 1/2 weeks, but now the
cramping has seized, my heart is no longer
bothering me but maybe thats because I
have been jogging everyday and cut down on
my sugar intake also changed some things
in my diet. Dont know if I had any worms
though saw some stuff in the bowl that was
questionable, for the most part the waste
in the toilet in the morning has been
black surrounded by black water, dont know
if thats toxic sludge or just the effect
of the tea (the tea is dark when drank),
this is a very expensive product and I
just dont think I can really endorse it
yet, I will give it one more week and then
ask for a refund, if it was'nt so
expensive I see gambling money away on an
ify product would be more reasonable..

Nathandaniels, your heart bothered you?!?!
Yikes!
Well, my dumb butt already gambled and
bought the kit 2 wks ago. I haven't
taken it yet because I was afraid at
first, and now I have a business trip this
weekend. I'm debating on sending it back
still.
I found out the "parasites" that come out
are just a sticky substance that builds up
in your colon.
I guess knowing they are giving false
information about parasites to scare us is
a good enough reason to send it back.
I've also given up most junk food and
changed my diet and lifestyle. I've been
reading up on general health a lot because
the parasites scared me to death. I've
always saw myself as pretty healthy, boy
was I wrong!!!
Good luck and congradulations on your life
change nathandaniels!

Hi!
I would like to try colonix, but does
anyone of you knows if I can take any
prescription medice while doing this
cleaning? The reason I want to do it is
because i've been suffering from hives for
the past 3 years 24/7(going onto 4!) and I
have heard that it might be due to an
unhealthy colon (i do suffer from
constipation). After this, I want to try
to detox my liver as well. Any suggestion
for that? I'm so tired of this allergy.
I have seen dozens of doctors and I have
gone through extensive skin and blood
testing, but nobody knows what it is
causing my allergy. Every single result
comes out negative: i'm not allergic to
meds, food, animals, you name it..I'm not
allergic to anything i've been tested for,
but I still have hives. Every nite I have
to take medication; otherwise the itching
and swelling doesn't stop. :(

Sk,
have you done any research on hives and
candidiasis? Just google those two words
and you'll come up with a jillion articles
linking the two. I haven't tried a
product to specifically cleanse my colon,
but I am taking kyolic to kill yeast, aloe
vera to heal colon ulcers caused by yeast.
My husband and I have had dramatic
results from the two plus we added a
probiotic that we bought at whole foods.
You can find these products at any health
foods store and they are safe. The mayo
clinic has even published that aloe vera
seems to help certain colon problems.
Yeast often goes undiagnosed and can cause
all kinds of problems. The book the
yeast connection is a great resource too.
Good luck!

Tired of Being Sick Posted: 04-10-06 13:53pm
Hi, i'm new to this forum and discovered
it while doing research on ibs and
dicetel. I went to a walk-in clinic a
few times and the doctor there suggested I
may have ibs and gave me some samples of
dicetel to use. I really don't know if I
actually have ibs...I've been constipated
since I was really young (i'm 23 now) but
lately - bang - i've been having problems
with passing tons of mucus, awful stomach
cramps, painful gas, feeling like i'm
going to faint when I have a bowel
movement even though I hardly ever pass
anything, and still constipated. My
sister has ibs and her symptoms are
nothing like mine. Does somebody know
what could help me? I'm so tired of
being sick!
this product seems to be the safest and
not so harsh like colonix. For about the
same price you are getting a cleansing
system for your lungs, liver, kidneys,
arteries, and colon.
I really hate taking chemical medications
because there is a natural cure for
everything.

I just started my second month of the
program and im not impressed. I've had
ibs, gas and constipation problems for a
few years and noticed it takes every meal
just about 5 days like clockwork to pass
through me. I've been pretty regular,
most of the time, it just took longer than
I think is normal, or good to pass through
my system. The only thing i've got so far
is some bad cramping and slightly bigger
stools, due to the increased fiber.
Nothing weird coming out, no weird
headache from the detox, and stuff is not
passing through me any faster. I went
with this system because supposedly it
worked wonders and was complete and easy
to take/use but im really thinking about
returning the rest. I ordered the 3 month
package because I think my problmes have
been pretty bad but im thinking I should
have tried something on www.Curezone.Com
there are lots of other ways to cleanse on
there and some are very cheap compared to
colonix. I've heard before that you need
to cleanse for a minimum of 6 weeks so
i'll probably give it 2 more weeks and
then i'll be contacting them about a
refund.

the Down Side of Colonix Posted: 05-04-06 17:08pm
Hello all, I recently tried the colonix by
Dr.Natura and at first it seemed to be
working great. But, after 2 weeks of use
I began bleeding excessivly with each
bowel movement and even in between
movements, then I became very light
headed. I stopped using the product, went
to er and have a doctors appointment and
emailed through the Dr.Natura site (have
not received a response by the way). Just
wanted to let everyone out there know that
while it may work wonderful for some with
no negative affects, please be advised
that things can go very wrong. I thought
I was dying for a couple of days, and I
have always been healthy.

Wanted to Update Posted: 05-11-06 18:53pm
Hello all, just wanted to update you on my
previous post. I had the bleeding and
light headed. Anyhow, the company
(drnatura.Com) finally emailed me back,
they said that the light headed was a
normal side affect, but that bleeding was
not. They tried to convince me I had
hemorrhoids. Okay, first let me tell you
that I have always been a healthy person
with healthy bowel movements! I only
tried the colonix system because I am
almost 30 and want to take really good
care of my body for my children, this
sounded great right? Well, I went to the
doctor, and he ordered me to immediately
stop taking the colonix! So, I did, but
then I became constipated for the first
time ever in my life, that totally sucked!
After 4 days and nothing happening my
doctor gave me a laxative, and well it
worked, thank goodness. But, now for the
really really bad news :( I have to go
for a colonoscopy, wow never thought I
would say that at 29! The doctor checked
me for hemorrhoids, and nothing. Also, my
blood pressure is elevated (for the first
time ever) and my heart rate was off, that
is back to normal thank god. Anyhow, he
said that the colonix could have caused
'scarring' or abrasions in my colon, wow
can you image going 29 years of your life
without anything more than an occasional
cold, then finding out that one simple
product you took could have caused severe
problems, it sucks! Moral, well I do not
recommend this product to anyone! I own a
natural supplement company, irony huh so I
am not against any form of natural and
over the counter products. But, the fact
is all of the testimonies you find on
their sites (including my own :? Are
fabricated! Please please please do a ton
of research before trying anything. I do
not and never will believe in law suits,
but if this product did in fact cause
problems like my doctor believes it
caused, you can bet I will be in court,
not for the money but to protect everyone
else out there considering this harsh
method!
