Confused And Scared Still
Posted: 11-16-03 01:59am

I still haven't recieved my period, but then again i'm not sure if that's becaused i've missed a month 1/2 of pills or if i'm preg. The last period I had was oct.2. The oct. 31 didn't come, but had that light/spotting thing a week after losing pills. I took a hpt a week after my missed period and it was neg. But i've had people tell me that that's too early to detect hcg. My nipples are tender and have been for about 3 wks. I don't think my stomach is hard but then again I don't know what i'm looking for. I've had some nausea but it's not a lot just every blue moon. However, my period was suppose to have came on halloween but it has yet to come or try to come. The last I saw of anything remotely like it was a week after I stopped taking the pills because I lost them...And that was not a normal period anyway.
I have an appt. To find out the 25th. But i'm wondering if i'm worrying for nothing and the neg was right? What signs should I look for? Are my pills still in my system since i've been taking them for several years? Please help because i'm confused and very scared because this waiting and not knowing is killing me. I want to know what i'm dealing with so I can deal with it. Ya know.

We all worry and stress like that I know I did. Just wait it out until you go for your appointment. I personally have never heard of periods messin up like that with b.C... But then again thats just me. Just relax hun. Take another one if you need to. Just relax ok? God bless and keep us updated!

To relaxe because this is going to affect my life and everyone involved's life either way. I just wish I didn't have to wait so long to know something. Is it true that the hpt I took a week after my missed period could've been to early to detect? I need resolution and have to wait til the 25th to get it. I just need some people who've been through this to help me, because all of you girls do. Thanks, babygirl

Why don't you try taking another hpt? By now it should give you an accurate answer. Good luck!

Lots of love,

Because everyone thinks it would be best to wait that way it's the sure fire thing when it says neg or pos. Plus they cost too much and when I go to the health dept. The 25th it's free.

But if you want to calm your nerves until then, take one again until then. What I mean by relax is calm down and try not to think about it. That will save alot of stress that i'm sure you don't need.
