Q: Foreskin Not Retracting

I'm 17 and a virgin. I'm uncircumsized, but the thing that bothers me is this. In photos that i've seen of uncircumsized men, the foreskin retracts when the penis becomes erect. However, when my penis becomes fully erect, the foreskin does not retract, and there is still about a centimeter of foreskin extending past the head of the penis. (i've heard this called overhang). Though I can pull it back without much difficulty, (though it stings a little) when I leave it reverts back to the unretracted state. I tried putting a condom on the other day to try it out, and I couldn't get it past the retracted foreskin. Could this cause problems for me later on? Should I see a doctor? (and if so, what doctor should I go see?)

You most likely need to stretch it out. Im circummsised, but I had the same problem. It just needs to be stretched. You can do it by masturbation and just pulling tighter. It will eventually stretch.
