Call the department of children and families and report her. They have to respond. Governer jeb bush has had enough of the dcf screwing up investigations and if you report it and they ignore, call the governors office. I believe you will be given satisfactory results.

What I did I called my lawyer and told him I want a custody. He is sending file to her with questions about drug use and atmp. Suicide. She has to answer in 20 days and he sad judge will ask for drug test(hair)

That happened this monday, she didn`t get questions yet and I worry a bit, because i`m affraid it can take to long and drug might be gone from her system.
Also, i`m not sure if she can escape drug test.

You won't get her to test positive for it if she knows she is going to get tested. Put a camera in the bathroom ;) gets them everytime. Catch them looking like that scene from scarface. Gl!

Hair test cant be faked and it shows if youve taken anything for up to 3 months sometimes more depending on the age of the hair and dont worry about her shaving thats as much as admitting it right there but they can get a hair from anywhere trust me she wont pluck her nose, eyelashes, eyebrows ,fingers, toes ,ears, etc. You get the picture but you probaly dont have to worry because if she tried to kill herself which is already documented shes mentally unstable anyway and any judge in his right mind would at the very least order she get counsling and an evaluation before he even lets the children visit her unsupervised but before you do anything go to a lawyer and get temporary custody on the basis of the custody hearing and the divorce they will grant you custody ,(temporarily until the hearing then its up to the judge )but the temp.Custody will be given to the first parent who asks for it and it would prevent her from taking off with the kids just to get at you or whatever because without temp. Custody she could be all hopped up on drugs and drunk as a skunk and even if you call the police they wouldnt be able to do anything to stop her from taking them since she is their mother unless of course she tries to drive under the influence.
