Q: I Have Some Kind of Skin Fungus Below My Knees?

Ew! I have these little tiny white bumps,or they are not even raised
a small patch of it on both shins

how the heck did I get this, never heard, or seen this prior :(

a medic told me that what it is

and that dandruff shampoo could help

what????????????

Does anyone know what I am talking about
the help will forever be appreicaited!!!!!!!!!
