I Think I'm Miscarrying Again?? Posted: 11-15-03 21:05pm
I recently miscarried in february shortly
after conceiving. Now i'm 4 1/2 weeks
along and I feel i'm miscarrying again.
There has been no blood. But my breasts
are no longer sore, the nausea is gone and
in place of it is cramps. They started
out 2 in. To the left of my belly button
and down. Now they just come and go and
feel like my period. Does this mean i'm
miscarrying again? It also feels like
i'm leaking but there's nothing there when
I look.
Can someone give me advice about this?
Unfortunatley it's the weekend and I can't
go to my Dr. Until monday.

Marci,
unless there is bleeding, there is no
reason to think you are misscarrying.
Cramps are completely normal, your uterus
is expanding to make room for your bubby,
so you are going to experience cramping.
I had a miscarriage in may of this year,
but I am 4 and a half months pregnant now
and everything is going fine. I truly can
understand the worry you are going
through. My hubby and I worried about
every little pain and cramp with this
pregnancy, because we feared the same
thing might happen again. Hang in there,
i'm sure everything will be just fine. It
will obviously be much easier once you are
past the first trimester, as that will
bring you into the low risk category for
miscarriage, but until then it is going to
be absoulutely essential for you and
bubby, that you stay nice and relaxed, and
stress free until your 3 month mark has
passed. Every woman is different and some
women don't experience pregnancy symptoms
until 4 months, so don't worry too much if
your breasts are not sore anymore and the
nausea has disappeared, as those symptoms
could possibly re appear at any given
time.
Take care,
suzy

Hello marci,
i miscarried last year in may and I had
the same systoms as you do now... It felt
like I was going to have my period the
pregancy systoms stoped and I had cramps
and the poops.. Then a few days later I
lost the baby.. But it can also be as
suzy said and you belly is just trying to
get big..
Hope everything is ok and keep us
informed.. Try not to get to stressed I
know it is hard to do but try..

Thankyou so much vanessa, hubby and I went
for my 2nd doctors visit yesterday and the
doc said everything is going wonderfully.
We got to hear bubby's heart beat to, oh
wow we were so happy to hear that little
pounding heart. It was great going to see
our doctor, she is really wonderful, and
she put our minds at ease with all the
usual parental worries and concerns. I've
been feeling really good, no more morning
sickness, yay. Although the good old
frequent peeing is still rampant.
Thankyou again.

Thanks Suzy & Trish Posted: 11-17-03 17:54pm
So far so good..No bleeding. The cramps
have subsided today. Last night I had
back cramps? It's just very scary but i'm
doing much better today. I'm going to
try to be much more positive :d . The
good news is I have a healthy 16 month old
daughter. I'm very excited about this
pregnancy because they will be 2 yrs.
Apart. I'm 30 and I don't want to wait
too much longer. I also talked to my
friend who had 2 miscarriages and she said
there are things dr's can do if you're at
risk. One is they can give you a
supposiotry with progesterone in it.
Sometimes that's why women miscarry if
their level is low. At least i'm
learning something.
I truly appreciate you sharing with me.
I hope I can continue to share good news
:d!
Thanks girls!
