Marci,
unless there is bleeding, there is no reason to think you are misscarrying. Cramps are completely normal, your uterus is expanding to make room for your bubby, so you are going to experience cramping. I had a miscarriage in may of this year, but I am 4 and a half months pregnant now and everything is going fine. I truly can understand the worry you are going through. My hubby and I worried about every little pain and cramp with this pregnancy, because we feared the same thing might happen again. Hang in there, i'm sure everything will be just fine. It will obviously be much easier once you are past the first trimester, as that will bring you into the low risk category for miscarriage, but until then it is going to be absoulutely essential for you and bubby, that you stay nice and relaxed, and stress free until your 3 month mark has passed. Every woman is different and some women don't experience pregnancy symptoms until 4 months, so don't worry too much if your breasts are not sore anymore and the nausea has disappeared, as those symptoms could possibly re appear at any given time.
Take care,
suzy
