Does anybody with schizophrenia hurt themselves while sleeping and not know about it. I woke up this morning and had a big gash in my leg and a small cut on my arm but I dont remember even waking up, much less getting out of bed. I looked around my bed for something that I might have cut myself on but found nothing.
