I am currently experiencing a swollen/bloated belly and a full feeling. I have been feeling this way for almost two weeks. I also feel as if something is in my throat and chest, and when I sing I can not hold my notes as long. I give out of breath when I sing and that is unusual. I am having some lupus activity and have been since my last doctor visit last month.

Has anyone had the same symptoms? I stopped the predisome two months ago but I am on plaqunil. I know that it is not gas build up and especially for this long with the way my belly just expanded. I plan to visit my doctor at the end of this month but I just wanted to put some feelers out there to see what it could be. I searched the web and it seems that I might have the issue with sack around the heart swelling but I don't totally have all of the painful symptoms that they list. I think I might also have the vascilitis issue (had blood clots twice and now varicose veins and a large dark mark has formed on the front of my shin which I figure might be a leg ulcer).

I appreciate any feedback.

lupus bloating/swelling

I found out I have lupus and rumt arthritis. My belly gets bloated alot and my body hurts alot in differnt parts at a time. I have to try and clear my throat and chest alot now I have one of my blood count is very low my A-G-E and it helps me fight infections like sinus. So i think this is why my throat and chest is always giving me problems. I get full with just a half a glass of water. And I am only 32 so I no how you fill. My doctor proscribe me plaquinel to be I haven't taken it because the side effect to your eyes. has it caused any problems to your eyes. I also have dizzy spells off and on that is how I found my Lupus.

hernia and bloating

iam 62 year old woman awaiting a hernia in groin its one side pubic bone pufy , but lately ive gained a puffed up stomach can hernia cause my stomach to swell?

Belly swelling !!!!! Oh just let me tell you. My belly will swell so bad that I look any where from 6to 8 months pregnant always tight with a VERY full feeling , some times with a lot of pain that send me to the E.R.. My stool is normal . I have been dEaling with this for 10 years , but has gotten worse in the last 3.. I am now going to the Cleveland Clinic. Not confirmed yet LUPUS. I also break out in very bad rashes , so bad I look burned. Hand swelled every morning. Joint pain off and on. Cold tempt kill me .Tired most of the time and I get a stabbing pain on my left side right under the end of mt rib cage....with belly swelling I found a web site that talks about it ...Cureforlupus.org. The belly swelling is fluid ! I had been told that before but as Angioedema, acquired they had said .... I hope this helps someone but I also need help new at this lupus stuff .My SSA was high but not cofirmed lupus yet I also have signs of kidney problems but what ave read it could be from the belly swelling !!!!!!!!!!!!
