"late april I performed oral sex on another man. I saw no precum and he didnt ejaculate in my mouth."
you'll hear many different opinions regarding the classification of oral sex as a risk. I personally believe that while you are in the moment, you can't identify what is exactly in your mouth (other than the obvious). You obviously are worried about the incident. Otherwise, you would not have written. So, because of your honesty, we're off to a good start.
Sucking toes and fingers are not a risk for hiv.
I've read your thread and list of symptoms and events. Many people will respond and say that symptoms are no way to determine if you have hiv. I hate such a response. You're here because you have concerns. Your concerns are due to real symptoms.
However, keep in mind that your symptoms are not consistant with the 25 years of science regarding hiv. As a matter of fact, your story raises so many other alarms, but none in the hiv family.
You must be honest with your doctor and describe the situation to him/her. I do believe that you may have been exposed to some other type of std, or possibly some other viral infection. You need to have the doctor run an std panel. If you had unprotected sex in the past (you did not indicate and only you know for sure), an hiv test is warranted. If not, learn a valuable lesson from what you just experienced.
Anxiety is a lot easier to deal with compared to hiv. Don't go looking for it. If you look hard enough, you will find it. However, most people who jump into the hiv curiosity (with questions like yours) are having effects caused by anxiety.
Promise me that you'll read what I wrote and listen to it. One more trip to the doctor, ok?
