I have found out that for most of the
time, my penis have problem erecting when
I want it to or when it should...This
problem may be very common...But I m only
16 years old this year...This should not
be happening by right...Does poor blood
circulation have something to do with it?

There is 2 ways here
if you just wanted to erect, it is very
common that your penis may refuse to obey
you ;)
but if you are talking about no erection
while watching porn or stimulating
situations, then may be you have a
problem, and it can be a lot of things not
only blood circulation.
Just stop trying yourself, just forget it
about it and see what will happened

and also, I can even ejacuate without any
'sensation'...I don't know if that is
