I have found out that for most of the time, my penis have problem erecting when I want it to or when it should...This problem may be very common...But I m only 16 years old this year...This should not be happening by right...Does poor blood circulation have something to do with it?

There is 2 ways here

if you just wanted to erect, it is very common that your penis may refuse to obey you ;)

but if you are talking about no erection while watching porn or stimulating situations, then may be you have a problem, and it can be a lot of things not only blood circulation.

Just stop trying yourself, just forget it about it and see what will happened

No, it does not erect even upon simulation

and also, I can even ejacuate without any 'sensation'...I don't know if that is consider an orgasm, but I certainly don't feel anything

Hey man I feel simular to you it may be stress believe me you'll get over it soon...Try leaving it for a day I mean try not to think about it in any way.

Also try seeing a doctor, and believe me it will be ok.
