Does anyone have a fast heartbeat..And
does anyones chest go tight? Sometimes it
fills like my heartbeat jumps...If u no
what I mean?

Get doc to check you but this often comes
from stress and anxiety, learning to relax
helps, also try to ignore the heart, dont
monitor it

My heart has been rapidly beating faster
and faster everytime I get up from sitting
down to long and I get light-headed too.
And I also feel as though I cant breath
when this happens too.

This needs to be checked out with a
doctor. It may be ow blood pressure.
If the doctor clears you, it may be due to
anxiety attacks, which can be treated by
nutritional means.
