Anxiety sufferers often do, actual fainting almost never happens though

More likely they pass out from hyperventilating during panic attacks, it helps to breathe deep and slow and to avoid rapid shallow panting when panicky
feeling that one will or should faint when panicky is common but actually fainting is very rare

I suffered from those exact symptoms, feeling faint and very dizzy (mainly when I was outside). The symptoms worried me so much that I was convinced there was something seriously wrong with me so I went to the doctors. I explained my symptoms and he said that they were linked to my anxiety. I had a check up and a blood test just to rule anything else out and as soon as I got the all clear on these tests I felt instantly better! It also proved that it was linked to my anxiety...Sometimes you just need the doctor to rule out other illnesses and it puts your mind at rest!
