I am a regular into exercises and aerobics. Though I have a shapely body, my lower abs aren't as good as I would like them to be. Can anyone suggest some useful exercises that can focus on making my lower abs firm?

Leg raises work the lower abs and some of these might help. I do them everyday and they work great!

If you've already slimmed down and need to make some abs then regular setups and leg raises will not do the trick. You need to do some type of resistance training, decline ab crunches while clutching weight to your chest, or any number of ab machines available at your local gym.

If you want your lower abs to be perfect then try medicine ball and Kettlebells. The another fact is it is not odd if you have unsized abs. Do not worry about that one but if you want then try above one .Fitness workouts can do wonders to human body.
